if you can use blockbench, the mods in general being made can usually be decent quality assuming you look up a few things that you might not immediately know, and once you learn a few basic things with the procedure system, you can get a lot of things done. Personally i don't have the time/willpower to learn proper java coding, which is what brought me to it, and despite some restrictions, the program is way better than it used to be which is when people were really trashing on it.
